Having Difficult Conversations: Faculty Workshop

This workshop will be facilitated by Aziza Kajan, Director, and Lauren Pais, Case Coordinator.

This workshop offers participants a step-by-step guide to having difficult conversations. Participants will review the reasons why we typically avoid difficult or uncomfortable conversations, and why we should try having them instead. As participants are lead through our approach to navigating this process, they will be offered examples and suggestions for inviting, having, and capturing these conversations. Participants will be provided with case studies and asked to make use of what they have learned in guided group conversations.
